The Frontera REE Project
The Largest Heavy Rare Earth Project in America’s Most Strategic Critical Minerals Complex
The Largest Heavy Rare Earth Project in America’s Most Strategic Critical Minerals Complex
El Paso Minerals (“EPM” or the “Company”) is advancing the Frontera REE Project within the Sierra Blanca Laccolith Complex (“SBLC”) in Hudspeth County, Texas. EPM has the largest land position and controls the two largest laccoliths within the SBLC. Our mission is to support the national effort to secure a domestic source of heavy rare earth elements (“HREEs”), which are indispensable to a wide array of strategic and performance applications.

Geology:
The Sierra Blanca Laccolith Complex (“SBLC”) lies within the western alkali-calcic belt of the Trans-Pecos magmatic province in West Texas. The SBLC rhyolites contain significantly higher heavy rare earth elements (“HREEs”) than other felsic intrusions in the region, indicating no crystal fractionation link to nearby intrusive groups. The presence of yttrocerite, yttrofluorite, bastnäsite, and other REE-bearing minerals supports this HREE enrichment.
Status:
Exploration
Location:
The Frontera REE Project is located approximately 90 miles southeast of El Paso, Texas and near the town of Sierra Blanca, Texas. The project is strategically located between USA Rare Earth (NASDAQ:USAR) and Tactical Resources (TSXV:RARE) in the heart of the SBLC.
Infrastructure:
Just north of Highway I-10 and the Union Pacific mainline, with an existing rail loadout and high-voltage power lines nearby.
