Overview

The Sierra Blanca Laccolith Complex (“SBLC”) in West Texas hosts the largest known heavy rare earth element (“HREE”) deposits in the United States.  The district benefits from favorable geology, including consistent, surface-exposed mineralization and strong HREE-to-TREO ratios that simplify processing.

El Paso Minerals (“EPM” or the “Company”) controls over 6,000 acres in a contiguous land package, covering the two largest laccoliths. The U.S. government has designated the SBLC a strategic district amid efforts to secure domestic HREE supply, critical for defense-related magnet production currently dominated by China and Myanmar. EPM is advancing the Frontera REE Project through resource delineation and metallurgical work with the goal of producing marketable rare earth oxides onsite and strengthening the U.S. critical minerals supply chain.
